When Joe met Bradley

"Dear Bradley Smith 38. On Tuesday when my dad told me I was meeting you, I was so happy and gob-smacked. Assen was a long way for my dad to drive, but it was an awesome time and an amazing experience.
I want to say a big thank you to Allan and George for sorting it out for me. It was the first time I had been in the paddock and we saw most of the riders scootering around it was amazing. I really want to follow in your shoes and become a rider one day, but know I must do well at school first. I think the race on Sunday was a shame because you went down but came back and finished well. I liked the De Haar campsite because some of the people who camped there are really stupid revving their bikes and blowing them up, plus I enjoyed it when me and my dad biked into Assen on Friday and Saturday to the big street party. I went on some rides and watched the bands rock.
This was a life experience!!!
Thank you for the signed gift which I've taken to school and sits on our fire place mantle piece!!!"
