On the 19th September, Dawn Smith (Bradley's Mum) will be taking part in a sponsored cycle ride from London to Paris in aid of Riders for Health.

We need your help to support Dawn, and ask you to make a donation to Riders for Health so she can raise as much money as possible for this great cause.
