Smith ready for decisive round of MotoE World Cup

The first ever MotoE World Cup season comes to an end at the Ricardo Tormo Circuit and Bradley Smith and ONE Energy Racing are ready for an exciting weekend in Valencia. The Spanish circuit hosts the last two races of the year, with the British rider among the candidates to become champion.
Smith comes into the final round in third position in the standings, on 48 points and 24 off the spot, having earned two podiums in the first two races and having scored at every round this season. The ONE Energy Racing rider also has good memories of Valencia, as it was there that he took his last victory in the 125cc World Championship in 2010.
This weekend's action will start on Thursday with Free Practice 1 at 4pm local time, with FP2 taking place the next day at 11:50am. The E-Pole session will be held on Friday at 4:05pm, while the races themselves will get underway on Saturday at 4:15pm and Sunday at 10:05am, respectively.
Bradley Smith:
"We arrive in Valencia third in the standings, 24 points behind the leader. We have a chance at the title, although the possibility is small. The first two rounds were very positive, but at San Marino we had two tough races, where bad luck and starting far down on the grid played an important role.
Looking ahead to this final weekend in Valencia, we have no choice but to attack from the beginning and to try to win both races. We will try to be as fast as possible from the first Free Practice onwards, qualify on the front row in the E-Pole session and go for the win in both contests. In pre-season I managed to be the fastest in the tests held in Valencia, and it is a track that I like and at which I have always had good results, so hopefully that also helps us in this last round."
